Last Updated: March 2026 These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Pawdex. They govern your use of the Pawdex website, Tokenpad, Aggregator, and related front-end interfaces. By accessing the Interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY USING THE INTERFACE, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR MASS ACTION. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST PAWDEX WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

Risk Warning: User-Generated Digital Assets

The Interface allows users to create, trade, and route permissionless Digital Assets. Pawdex is not responsible for user-generated assets such as memecoins or community tokens.
  • Extreme volatility: Digital Asset prices can change rapidly, and total loss is possible.
  • No fiduciary duty: Pawdex is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or financial advisor.
  • No endorsement: The ability to trade a token on the Interface does not mean Pawdex recommends or approves it.
  • Your responsibility: You must do your own due diligence before interacting with any Digital Asset.

1. Interface and Protocol

Pawdex provides a web-based Interface that connects users to a decentralized, non-custodial set of smart contracts deployed on the Oasis Sapphire network. Pawdex does not control the Protocol. The smart contracts operate autonomously once deployed. We do not custody your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or reverse transactions after they are submitted to the network.

2. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

To use the Interface, you must:
  1. Be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into these Terms.
  2. Not access the Interface from a jurisdiction where DeFi or Digital Asset activity is prohibited.
  3. Not be subject to sanctions imposed by a recognized governmental authority.
  4. Not act on behalf of any person or entity that is restricted from participating in Digital Asset transactions.
We may restrict access from certain regions or IP addresses at any time and without notice.

3. Wallets and Non-Custodial Infrastructure

To use the Interface, you must connect a third-party wallet.
  1. No custody: Pawdex never takes custody of your funds and does not have access to your private keys, passwords, or seed phrases.
  2. Security: You are responsible for protecting your wallet and device. Pawdex is not liable for losses caused by compromised wallets, phishing, stolen keys, or unauthorized access.
  3. Transaction execution: By submitting an instruction through the Interface, you authorize the relevant smart contracts to execute the transaction on-chain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

4. Tokenpad and Creator Mechanics

The Pawdex Tokenpad lets users launch and trade tokens using deterministic bonding curves.
  1. Fees: Tokenpad activity may include protocol fees and creator fee splits defined in the smart contracts. Pawdex does not guarantee that any token will generate meaningful revenue.
  2. Graduation: Tokens that reach their funding target may migrate liquidity to the Super-DEX automatically. Pawdex does not guarantee that any token will reach that stage.
  3. Token content: If you deploy a token, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of its metadata, branding, and promotional claims. You must not misrepresent token economics or make false statements about future value.

5. Aggregator and Routing Services

The Pawdex Aggregator scans decentralized exchanges to help find better routing paths for trades.
  1. Slippage and execution: Although the Aggregator is designed to reduce slippage, market volatility, shallow liquidity, network delays, or front-running may still affect execution quality. Pawdex is not responsible for resulting losses.
  2. Network fees: You are responsible for all network fees required to execute transactions on the Oasis Network, whether the transaction succeeds or fails.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Use the Interface for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activity.
  3. Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other conduct intended to distort price or volume.
  4. Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  5. Bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer security measures, rate limits, or regional restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Pawdex IP: The branding, design, text, graphics, and proprietary front-end code of the Interface belong to Pawdex. You may not copy or commercially use them without written permission.
  2. User-generated IP: When you deploy a token and upload metadata such as logos or ticker names, you grant Pawdex a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content on the Interface. You represent that you have the rights to use the content you upload.

8. Disclaimers

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWDEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY INCIDENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWDEX, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid to the Protocol in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawdex and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
  1. Your use of or access to the Interface.
  2. Your violation of these Terms.
  3. Your deployment or promotion of a token through the Tokenpad.
  4. Your infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
  1. Binding arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Interface will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration rather than a court proceeding.
  2. Class action waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
  3. Decentralized operations: Pawdex operates as a distributed protocol without a central headquarters. Any dispute resolution must be conducted digitally and in accordance with recognized commercial arbitration rules.

12. General Provisions

  1. Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision, and continued use of the Interface means you accept the updated Terms.
  2. Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
  3. Entire agreement: These Terms are the full agreement between you and Pawdex regarding use of the Interface.
